I & S Construction Ltd.

I & S Construction Ltd was founded in 2003 by Ilir Nabolli and Shefqet Kraja. Both had been working in the Drylining and Ceilings trade for a number of years and had progressed from site fixers to Site Managers with SMSTS Qualifications. Having worked as labour only subcontractors to large Drylining organisations they realised they had the ability to compete for works in their own right.

Through providing sound technical expertise, an in depth knowledge of the products, a proactive approach to programming and sequencing, a willingness to coordinate closely with other trades, and using their in-house skilled labour resources I & S have now continually provided high quality finished projects on time and on budget for fourteen years.
