Regional development agency of the Prešov self – governing Region

ARR PSK is an association of legal persons based Prešov Region and the University of Prešov under § 20f et seq. Civil Code Memorandum dated 3.1.2005 and 19.1.2005 entered in the register of the Regional Office in Prešov, Department of Internal Affairs and Crafts under reg. No. File 2005/02600/Pa-001.
The Association is a non-profit entities. It is open-ended. From circuit potential members are by law excluded all individuals, ie and individual entrepreneurs.
ARR PSK activity directly related to the activities and operation of the Development Agency (PSK Rapski) - allowance organization founded by the PSK, whose employees, functions and activities came under ARR PSK on the date 03.01.2005. Given that Rapski implemented some projects approved not expired at the time the ARR PSK, but as of 31.12.2005.
