By creating "Ports of Normandy", the Region, with the departments of Calvados, Manche and Seine Maritime and the agglomerations of Caen la Mer, Cherbourg and Dieppe, continues to carry loud and clear our territory, Normandy.

The union of our three ports - Caen-Ouistreham, Cherbourg and Dieppe - is above all the affirmation of a collective and political priority and ambition of the port and maritime strategy of Normandy, which has for too long turned the back to the sea.

Develop activity to increase added value and promote employment in the territory, optimize the general operation of the Normandy port system and provide Normandy, in addition to the two Major Maritime Ports, with a port structure that counts on the scale national while remaining flexible and responsive, that is our goal!
