Undervisningsbygg Oslo KF was a municipal enterprise in Oslo municipality under the City Council's department for culture and industry. The company was established on 1 January 2002 to own, operate and develop the municipality's school buildings. This made it Oslo's largest property manager, with a total building stock of approximately 1.3 million square meters spread over 177 schools and 750 buildings. Its tasks were taken over by Oslobygg in 2021.

The teaching building had around 125 permanent employees. According to the company itself, approximately 83,000 students and 13,000 employees used Undervisningsbygg's premises daily.

The company was to take care of ownership responsibility for Oslo municipality's school and teaching properties, and ensure Oslo municipality a long-term portfolio of good and appropriate school and teaching premises.
