Boligbygg Oslo KF is a municipal enterprise that owns and manages housing on behalf of Oslo municipality. Boligbygg has overall responsibility for the development, management, operation and maintenance of more than 10,000 homes, which amounts to approx. 900,000 sq m. This makes Boligbygg Oslo KF one of the country's largest property managers. We will open new doors. Boligbygg's purpose is to provide disadvantaged people with a home, while at the same time managing the municipality's residential properties in a business-like manner. Oslo's population is growing rapidly and in the coming years Boligbygg will invest approx. NOK 2 billion in new construction, development and adaptation of the housing portfolio.
