The Center for Innovative Craftsmanship East Netherlands (CIVON) strengthens the manufacturing industry and the Built Environment in East Netherlands by promoting innovation, talent and knowledge development in the field of High Tech Systems and Materials. CIVON's focus is on supporting innovation demands from the market with innovative solutions. We are the link-in pin between our supporters, the manufacturing industry, and education. The focus is mainly on the Middle Management Engineering and (Smart) Industry courses of the Graafschap College. Crossovers to Healthcare, ICT, Education and Construction are also made so that there is sharing and learning from each other! The core activities of CIVON are:

CIVON Innovation Center is the 'home' for almost 300 companies that are connected to us through the SIRA foundation (Studie Impuls Regio Achterhoek) and for young people who opt for a technical education in VMBO / MBO & HBO. CIVON also organizes education and training activities for companies in the manufacturing industry and the Built Environment.
