IEC Installation and Electric Construction Joint Stock Company

Power Plant and Electric Construction Joint Stock Company (IEC) was established in accordance with Decision No. 145/2004 / QD-BCN dated November 23, 2004 of the Minister of Industry on the transfer of Electric Machinery Installation and Construction Enterprise Electrical Installation & Construction Joint Stock Company (IEC). The company officially came into operation on February 24, 2005.

4.1. Business:

- Constructing transmission lines, substations of up to 500KV and power projects;

- Construction, installation, maintenance of industrial, civil, post office, information technology, roads, irrigation, small and medium hydroelectric power plants;

- testing and adjustment of electrical equipment;

- Fabrication, steel structure, fabrication and assembly of high and low voltage switchboards, accessories for specialized electrical construction and installation;

- Production of prefabricated concrete components.

- To invest in the construction of raw material areas for processing zones.

- Investing in infrastructure construction, trading houses and land;

- Investment consultancy, designing of construction of electric works, industrial and civil works;

- Consulting construction supervision, compensation for ground clearance.Prepare and appraise the cost estimates of the works.

- Commercial business, tourist services, supermarket hotels and labor export

- Doing other business in accordance with the law.

When necessary, the General Meeting of Shareholders or the Board of Directors decide to adjust or supplement the business lines of the Company in accordance with the development and regulations of the law.
