We were established by professional engineers having wide experience in the region, with a vision to develop a leading engineering consulting firm providing high standard and distinguished services to meet the continuous rising in the local and regional demand. From educational, residential and commercial to hospitality, industrial and health care, our services span across all construction phases from planning trough design and construction supervision.

We were founded in 2003 under the name of “Resources Technology Bureau”, and were registered as Saudi company in 2014 under the name of “Euro Group for Engineering Consultancy”.

Being able to exceed clients’ expectations, the firm grew over the past few years and diversified, following the market needs, by enlarging its scope of work. With main operation in Gulf area and Middle East, our technical offices and supporting facilities are located in Cairo, Riyadh, Dubai, Manama and Amman.
