HJIO - Hope Jamii Initiative Organization

The name of HJIO which means HOPE JAMII INITIATIVE ORGANIZATION for Sustainable Society was chosen by founder members during the pilot phase only to make a clear understanding of supporting Vulnerable children/Youth and their families. The founder members have seen the need to establish this organization to respond to the challenges of Vulnerable children/youth failing to get safe friendly health services, poor earnings that lead to inadequate basic needs, there is no safe environment for pediatriatric, adolescent, and youth, the society has psychosocial, economic, sexual reproductive health and gender-based violence challenges and poor access to education support for adolescent girls, boys, child-headed households and Most of the individuals and families faces mental health challenges. The said organization will operate in the whole of mainland Tanzania.
