■Organizational Behavior Research Institute

Our research department conducts a wide range of surveys, research, and dissemination of information in the fields of organization and human resource management. Since the launch of the assessment business in 1963, the research and development division has been collecting information on organizational behavior, industrial organizational psychology, etc., and was established in 2004.

■ Measurement Technology Laboratory

Our research department conducts assessment and survey product development based on psychometric technology, quality maintenance and improvement, surveys and research on measurement techniques and managerial personnel themes. The predecessor of the development department of the test department launched in 1964 at the Japan Recruit Center, we have developed the comprehensive test SPI.

■ HR Analytics & Technology Lab
