Xinjiang Corps Municipal Rail Transit (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Bingtuan Municipal Transportation Group), formerly known as Bingtuan Fourth Construction, was established in November 1963. It is a key supervision enterprise of the 11th Division of Bingtuan and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bingtuan Construction Engineering Group. A comprehensive building construction enterprise integrating housing construction, municipal construction, railway construction, highway construction, and large-scale equipment leasing. It has 8 qualifications including first-class general contracting for construction engineering and municipal public works construction, first-class professional contracting for lifting equipment installation, building decoration and decoration, and fire-fighting facilities engineering. The group has 1 secondary party committee, 1 general party branch, 25 party branches, and currently has 356 party members. There are 1,010 self-owned employees, including: 51 first-level construction engineers, accounting for 5.05%; 163 second-level construction engineers, accounting for 16.14%.
