The company is formed to specialize in Consulting in the Build Environment, Business Development/Improvements (performance management, organisational culture and change management), Research and Development, Compliance Advisory Services, Trade Facilitation and Environmental Services.

We have successfully provided such services to both the private and the public sector organisations in South Africa.

In addition to the above services, IIDC also provide consulting services and implementation in areas of Project Planning, Design and Management, Capacity Building through (planning, organizing and coordination of seminars, training/workshops), Development of business cases, Public Participation/Community Dialogues.
