Have promoted youth participation, child rights, democracy, fair elections, human rights, gender equality, peaceful conflict resolution (Do No Harm), poverty alleviation and sustainable development with a RBA (Rights Based Approach).

Long experience of base-line studies, monitoring and evaluations, developed management tools (logic system of program cycle, planning and application forms, agreements, assurance of quality systems, report forms, etc.) and trained partners to ensure their understanding and the application of such tools, leading to substantial improvement of local partners capacity to manage, monitor and report project results.

Since ten years, he is coordinating a network of 150 evaluators and advisor regarding evaluations, and giving trainings regarding M&E.
