In 2012, Vysnova spun-off from a middle market firm and acquired a number of ongoing Federal health sector contracts as well as all personnel, systems and other assets and capabilities involved in the implementation of those contracts. As a result of this spinoff, Vysnova has the unique advantage of being a mature small business with internal systems in the areas of human resources, recruiting, accounting (DCAA-compliant), contracting (DCMA-compliant), legal, business development and other areas comparable to those found in mid-market firms. Based on our heritage, Vysnova is a small business with a substantial endowment of capabilities, talents, financial and other resources, leveraged to best assist our partners in meeting their contract and project requirements.
