WI-HER, LLC is a woman-owned small business committed to designing and implementing locally-led programs that deliver sustainable, equitable change. We specialize in co-creating holistic, integrated solutions grounded in behavioral science, human-centered design, and organizational improvement methodologies. Our work is anchored in local data and lived experience, ensuring that the programs we develop are context-specific, relevant, and impactful.

Our approach begins with deep contextual understanding and inclusive collaboration. We work side-by-side with communities, governments, service providers, and civil society organizations to dismantle systemic barriers and strengthen capacity at all levels. By applying the science of improvement and leveraging real-time data, we identify root causes of underperformance and design adaptive interventions that deliver measurable results. Emerging areas of work include integrating artificial intelligence and digital technologies to enhance access and delivery, improving public sector procurement efficiency, advancing policy reform, and addressing violence within value chains. With a deep commitment to partnership and accountability, WI-HER collaborates across sectors to advance global development priorities while ensuring that change is locally led and truly sustainable.
