The mission of the Physis Outdoor Training team is the development, promotion and dissemination of Outdoor Exercise, with the aim of motivating those who wish to escape from the everyday life of closed spaces and try a new experience in the field of exercise and recreation.

Our philosophy
With a basic philosophy that exercise should be enjoyable and at the same time effective, physis outdoor training carries out organized outdoor exercise programs, all seasons of the year.

At physis outdoor training we believe that the choice of exercise method should be based on meeting the needs to improve our mood and physical health. It shouldn't be isolation, doing exercises because we have to, seeing when it's time to leave. It is something much more. FUN! CONTACT! COMPANY!
