About

For more than 30 years, the Andohatapenaka Development Council (CDA), a Christian-inspired NGO created in 1982 by the Canadian Jesuit priest Jacques Couture, has had the mission of helping to improve the living conditions of the inhabitants of six disadvantaged neighborhoods of Antananarivo. 100 professionals participate every day in the medical, educational, social and economic development of these six districts.
