Consolidated Graphics (CGX) (NYSE: CGX) is an international, commercial printing company based in Houston, Texas. Founded in 1985, and publicly traded in 1994, the company has grown to over 70 locations across 26 states and three continents. CGX is known as a leading sheetfed, web and digital printing company in North America.

Consolidated Graphics is known for its Leadership Development Program (LDP). This 2-year program (started in 1991) takes recent college graduates and trains them in a rotational program on every aspect of the printing business. Associates in the LDP work in production, estimating, customer service, purchasing, and accounting before ultimately moving into sales, operations, accounting, management or technology positions within the CGX.
