Our footprint is in real estate and energy infrastructure, which are closely related areas that have a significant impact on many of the current global challenges.

As the world's most valuable type of asset, real estate plays an important role for people's well-being and productivity and for the ability of cities and societies to function, and not least it plays a decisive role on the road to a more sustainable and energy-efficient future.

Newsec's role in this context is to help our customers and their stakeholders to adapt and future-proof their activities. This means that we look at buildings and construction in general to find relevant perspectives on energy, infrastructure, logistics, digitization and much more. We understand that the areas that matter to our customers' business also matter to the world.

Newsec has its origins in Northern Europe, but is global/pan-European in scope. Our services range from property management to consultancy in real estate and energy infrastructure to asset management.
