Governed by its founding values, the Leisure and Training Association is naturally part of an approach to supporting people in their integration and training journey. Over the years and the needs for integration and training, ALEF has invested in new fields aimed at young people and adults: - Personal assistance professions - Professional animation - Language training, literacy - Preparation for professional integration of young people but also people far from work - Reception, support and social accompaniment of RSA beneficiaries. In all sectors, the approach of the multidisciplinary team is always fully in line with the tradition of popular education: respect for individuals and their dignity, promotion of access to knowledge, education and culture, education for active citizenship, promotion of lifelong learning, actions in favor of awareness, emancipation, experimentation and social transformation guarantors of the vigor of democracy.
