Our flexibility and sustainability , combined with innovative ideas , have characterized our surface technology since it was founded.

MBO GmbH, founded in 2010, is the in-house surface technology of the Mühlbauer Parts & Systems Group. It is directly connected to the production at the Roding site.

MBO not only refines the own products of the Mühlbauer Group and MPS Roding GmbH, but also serves a large number of its own customers with a wide variety of surface treatments.

The Mühlbauer Group and MPS Roding GmbH are based in the town of Roding. The location in eastern Bavaria at the gateway to the Bavarian Forest is scenic and yet well connected in terms of transport.

Regensburg is half an hour away, Munich and Nuremberg can be reached in one and a half hours via the international airports. Roding is the second largest town in the district of Cham and at the same time the industrial and commercial center. The city is one of the growth regions in Bavaria.

As a modern business location, the city offers many jobs and training positions and, thanks to the many building areas, enables employees to dream of owning their own home.
