SLC - Samoa Land Corporation

With the reorganization of the Trustee Estate in 1990, the Government paid all the debts that the Organization had, and the Government took control of approximately 24,000 acres of land. The Samoa Private Land Corporation was established in 1990 under the Companies Act 1995, it invests 24,000 acres of land, and recovers from the Government shillings paid for Debts of the Trustee Estate, as well as other funds to finance the development of the Government.

The main goal of the Association is to invest its properties in order to promote opportunities and economic development for the Samoan people and increase the revenue of the Government.
