ETM Center for Technology and Environmental Management was established by Decision No. 87 / DKK-KHCN dated 09/6/2003 by Department of Science and Technology of Ho Chi Minh City.

Center for Environmental Technology and Management is a unit specializing in experimental research, application of new technologies in the field of technology and environmental management, consultancy on the implementation of environmental impact assessment; Having experience in making reports on investment projects, basic design, construction design, bidding dossiers - selecting contractors for construction of works, installing and operating equipment, commissioning and commissioning Waste treatment (waste gas, waste water, solid waste).

In addition, the Center for Environmental Technology and Management has enough functions and facilities to serve field observation services, analyze environmental quality, make reports on discharge of wastewater into water sources, To compile environmental acceptance dossiers and report on environmental quality supervision.
