The INPG is a state solution which complements a well-defined institutional framework designed to support this emerging oil and gas industry.

We are working to become a center of excellence in oil and gas training in Senegal and Africa and thus intervene in 6 areas which are:

  1. The specialization of engineers;
  2. certification of technicians and operators;
  3. the upgrading of public administration;
  4. specialized and continuing training, among others, for lawyers, tax specialists and oil and gas economists, including the private sector;
  5. the essential certifications in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE);
  6. technical English oil and gas
