Red Star Oil and Gas Limited is an integrated energy company with its operational headquarters in Nigeria and majoring its activities, in the sale and haulage of petroleum products, Natural Gas, Marine and Shipping Operations, Towage services, Coal exploration and exportation, Lubricant Production, and Retail stations. The Company has a significant end consumer presence in West Africa.

We began operations in 2007, focusing on wholesale and retail sections, which quickly expanded to establishing key subsidiaries with an organically developed position. Realizing its goal to be a multinational brand in order to capitalize on commodity opportunities in 2010, it acquired over 7 power stations in the Western and Northern parts of Nigeria, thereby expanding its activities to include Marine and Shipping Operations, Towage Services, Marine Haulage, Manufacturing of Lubricants, Coal production, haulage and Transportation, sale of Petroleum products.

In 2017, it entered new market in the Marine, Shipping and Towage sectors by the acquisition of a 26,500 metric Tonnes Tanker Vessel and an ASD Tug boat with a Bollard Pull of 61.0 T and a Dead Weight Tonnage of 150 and IMO number 9660786. In addition to these, in 2021, it made a ground breaking achievement, by the acquisition of (2) 2019 Tug boats with a length and beam of 28/10m.
