Como Acqua will pursue the following objectives set out in the Area Plan:
• overcoming the current fragmentation;
• establishment of a more efficient and effective SII, through economies of scale, economies of integration, innovation, technological improvement, regulation of the water service.

The implementation of a management model that ensures:
• an appropriate service that is attentive to the diversity existing in the Area will be fundamental;
• an industrial management that surpasses the numerous economic managements;
• adequate company size, economies of scale and greater reliability;
• economic and financial balance;
• a process of rebalancing the tariff across the territory.

The growing efficiency of all works, systems, networks and equipment will be guaranteed during the Concession period, in order to satisfy the standards of the SII in terms of ever greater rationality and economy

This rationality is expressed with:
• the optimization of the use of water resources;
• optimizing the use of receiving water bodies;
• the quality of the service in accordance with the demand of the populations served;
• the quality of the service in accordance with the need for environmental protection;
• compliance with the limits imposed relating to the quality of the water supplied;
• compliance with the limits imposed on the quality of the water discharged.
Como Acqua will also be able to carry out any other activity and service pertinent, connected or complementary to the aforementioned corporate purpose and promote and undertake all those studies, initiatives, meetings, research and activities in general intended to contribute to the achievement of the pursued goals.
