MISSION, VISION, VALUES

The mission of the CSR Nest Association is to offer solutions and services to both the non-governmental and corporate sectors by promoting social responsibility among civil society and companies. Also, the association aims to contribute to the social, cultural, educational, touristic and environmental progress of Romania.

To achieve our goals, the Nest CSR Association team focuses on:

• Promoting the concept of social responsibility among Romanian companies;
• Encouraging responsible behavior towards the environment both at the company level and at the individual level
• Promoting the concept of sustainable development;
• Development and implementation of environmental projects;
• Promoting the concept of sustainable community development;
• Organization of workshops, conferences, events with a charitable purpose;
• Initiating steps alongside the local authorities regarding encouraging a responsible behavior towards the environment and promoting the sustainable development of local communities;
• Donations in goods
• Encouraging individual and corporate volunteering

Our vision is to establish the standard of excellence in the activity we carry out. We follow a code of ethics and professionalism in everything we do. Through our work, we try to bring the following aspects to the center of all the activities we carry out:

IMPACT ASSESSMENT   - We work with sets of KPIs specific to each social responsibility project, so that clients can measure the efficiency and impact of the developed project. To this is added a very strict and objective evaluation of the costs that each individual project entails.

EXPERIENCE  - all members of the Nest CSR Association have solid and long professional experience in the development, implementation and evaluation of corporate social responsibility projects.

LONG TERM COMMITMENT. We set out with the idea of concluding long-term partnerships with our clients, becoming part of their social responsibility objectives and strategies.

INNOVATION  - We believe that innovation is decisive for progress, and that is why, through our approach, we try to propose social responsibility projects that have an innovative component and a unique approach on the market.

ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY  - We are friendly to the environment, so we strive to minimize the carbon footprint resulting from the activities we carry out.

SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT - The future of young generations is being built starting with us. That is why, through the projects we develop, we try to contribute to the sustainable development of the community we are part of.
