About

Alusa, Technical Society of Electrical Engineering, is present on the market for 49 years and acts as an integrator of projects, works and connected to the electricity sector, telecommunications, oil and gas services, gradually increasing its share in other segments of civil engineering and construction with works developed in Brazil and abroad.

There are over more than 2500 km of transmission lines of high voltage, as in Teresina (PI), Montes Claros (MG), Tucuruı (PA), Cachoeira Paulista (SP), Coxipó (MT), among other Brazilian states and municipalities .

The company\'s brand also appears in projects developed in other countries. In 2005, in partnership with Cemig, Alusa began its expansion with the construction of a transmission line of 200 km in Chile. In the same year, Alusa came to Argentina with Simens, deploying more than 140 km of power transmission lines. The newest project, still under construction, is in Costa Rica where Alusa alone develops a line of 50 km, which will be complete in late 2009.

Alusa today has over 100 built substations, 10 million man / hours invested in maintenance and construction of distribution networks, as well as 20,000 km of rural electrification implemented, a fact that makes Alusa one of the largest projects in this segment.
