As early as 2008, Sylvia Rotter started the educational initiative "Schule für das Leben" ("School for Life"), which to this day aims to offer practical input to promote linguistic, social and creative skills. The positive impact of theatre work on the development of young people has been proven in two scientific studies led by Dr Brigitte Sindelar and Prof. Dr Manfred Spitzer. Since 2021, the company has been engaged with educational environmental projects as well, such as the REFE-Project ("Reducing the Ecological Footprint through Eco-Awareness") and EcoFootprint.
