Centres de Formalité des Entreprises (CFCE)

Business Creation Formalities Centers (CFCE) is an existing center in Cameroon. There is one in each region. They are generally housed in the same premises as the regional delegation of the Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprises and the Social Economy, their supervisory ministerial department. Its first role is to lead the administrative process of creating new businesses. Thus, the user who wants to create an establishment (individual business), a limited liability company (legal entity), the right address is the CFCE located in the region in which he wishes to set up his business.
