Austrian Representative Office in Ramallah

Reducing poverty, promoting peace and protecting the environment - these are the three major concerns of the Austrian Development Agency (ADA), the Austrian development cooperation agency. The ADA is currently implementing projects and programs with a total volume of over 670 million euros to improve living conditions in developing countries.

Bringing more together
Together with the Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs (BMEIA), partner countries, public institutions, civil society organizations and companies, the ADA is working to ensure that sustainable development in Africa, Asia and Southeast and Eastern Europe benefits everyone. Employees in 24 foreign offices pay attention to the development goals of the countries, the needs of the local people and the optimal use of resources.
