Uma Gota no Oceano

Uma Gota no Oceano is a non-governmental organization specialized in communication. Founded in 2013 by journalists from the mainstream press, mostly women, it works collaboratively with organizations of traditional peoples (indigenous and quilombola) and environmental institutes, developing communication strategies – from conception, execution and even social impact analysis. We connect partners around causes, customize content for different media and produce campaigns, aiming to disseminate accessible and mobilizing narratives. We build opportunities for the protagonists of these struggles to be heard at a regional, national and international level, with the aim of increasing empathy and active solidarity in society.
