EIT Health Austria is a newly established Co-Location Centre (CLC) and one of a total of eight EIT Health CLCs, which are all part of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), a body of the European Union.

The new Austrian innovation hub operates as a strong cluster of 15 partners, amongst academia, businesses, and healthcare providers, to develop synergies across the three pillars of the innovation triangle: 1) Research; 2) Education; and 3) Business Creation.
