The Forest Therapy Hub leads the global interdisciplinary field of health and well-being practices based on nature and scientific evidence, promoting an interaction between people and nature that supports the restoration of their health and well-being. The FTHub Method aims to promote nature connectedness under the theoretical principles of human-nature interaction, scientific evidence, ancient traditions, and the conceptual framework of Planetary Health. We’re Nature-Based Wellbeing and Health Professionals dedicated to helping outdoor & mental health professionals, who want to learn nature-based activities and interventions so that they can offer evidence-based restorative experiences to better support their clients. We offer Forest Bathing Guide & Forest Therapy Practitioner training.
