Founded in 1919, the Société Nationale des Habitations à Bon Marché (SNHBM) operates as a social developer, specializing in the design and construction of single-family homes and apartment buildings.

Our scope of action covers – alongside construction itself – operations as varied as the search for and acquisition of building land, the development of specific development plans, the establishment of technical infrastructure plans. and carrying out land viability works.

We carry out these activities as a project owner exclusively for our own needs. Incidentally, we also manage a rental stock of some 300 housing units built since the forties and fifties of the last century until today.
