The mission of the Stock Exchange is to ensure efficient, transparent and reliable functioning of the organized secondary market of securities in the Republic of Macedonia, through a permanent effort to provide all investors with entry and exit from the financial instruments that are traded on the various stock markets at a fair price. market price, to help trading companies attract new capital to finance their development and to contribute to building confidence in the Macedonian securities market.

Vision of the Stock Exchange represents its positioning in an attractive and recognizable secondary securities market in Southeast Europe. This positioning of the Stock Exchange in the coming period, as in the past years, will be tried to be realized by maintaining high standards in daily operations, good corporate governance and adequate management of relations with its members, shareholders and other stakeholders. In parallel, efforts will be continued and intensified for stronger inclusion of the Stock Exchange in various forms of stock exchange regional integrations, and the possibility of ownership connection with other stock exchanges will be taken into account, taking into account the significantly changed business and market environment.
