PwC TLS Avvocati e Accountisti (PwC TLS) is one of the main legal and tax consultancy firms in Italy , first in terms of turnover in the tax law sector. The firm is the representative for Italy of the international PwC network . Over 950 people are part of PwC TLS , including qualified professionals (294 total associates of which 61 partners), practitioners and collaborators.

The firm has over 3,000 active clients , including the main Italian and foreign groups and an important private and family clientele. PwC TLS offices are in Milan and Rome and in sixteen other Italian cities . The firm has a turnover of 222 million euros (2022).
