Acer- Azienda Casa Emilia Romagna della provincia di Bologna

The Casa Emilia-Romagna Company of the Province of Bologna was established with the Emilia-Romagna Regional Law n. 24 dated 8 August 2001.

Acer is a public economic body with legal personality and organisational, patrimonial and accounting autonomy and its activity is governed by regional law and the civil code.

Acer carries out the following activities :

• the management of real estate assets, including public residential housing (ERP), and the maintenance, recovery and qualification interventions of the properties, including the verification of compliance with the contractual rules and regulations for the use of the housing and of the common parts;
• the supply of technical services, relative to the programming, planning, reliance and implementation of interventions buildings or urban planning or of complex programs;
• the management of services relating to meeting the housing needs of families, including rental agencies;
• the provision of services to assignees of ERP accommodation and rented homes;
• Municipalities, Provinces and other public bodies can also make use of Acer's activity through the stipulation of a specific agreement, which establishes the services provided, the times and methods of provision of the same and the proceeds deriving from the activity.
