Caribbean Architects & Planners Ltd

Incorporated in 2019, Caribbean Architecture and Planning Inc. (CAP Inc.) was initially established in 1990. Its Director, Mr. Raymond James, comes with a wealth of experience in both public and private sector projects. He has practised for more than 30 years in the Caribbean and has designed projects for France and West Africa. Mr. James, who studied architecture in the United Kingdom, is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and is also a registered architect in St. Lucia. He once served as the Chief Architect to the Government of St Lucia (Ministry of Finance and Planning) and as the President of the St. Lucia Institute of Architects.
