The Municipality of the Medina Region is concerned with providing municipal services in the region with the aim of its urban, economic and social development. The noble royal decree was issued to change the name of the Medina municipality to “the Municipality of Medina” in the year 1401 AH, after the issuance of the ministerial decision requiring the Medina municipality to become one of the municipalities of the excellent category in the year 1398, and many municipal tasks were entrusted to it, so the Municipality of Medina began carrying out cleaning work.
