MONEV Studio is a start-up to promote sustainable development and evaluation literacy with an interdisciplinary platform to facilitate learning and skills enhancement in development studies, monitoring and evaluation (MONEV), and policy management.

MONEV Studio tries to experiment and bring the idea into the context of development by introducing the jargon of sustainable development and introducing how to criticize and evaluate it for the people of Indonesia on a massive scale. In addition to Indonesia, MONEV Studio is also determined to bring the platform to its Global South network where many countries face similar problems.

MONEV Studio will start the preliminary activities by briefly reviewing why development literacy is very important in Indonesia today and why the concept of literacy needs to be expanded to include aspects of competence in recognizing public issues and human rights, key development concepts, why social inclusion is important, what are the important elements of public policy management, how it works, and how to monitor development progress, evaluate its impact on community welfare, and what channels can be used to voice community aspirations, etc. Then as a contribution to efforts to form a critical and constructive civil society,

MONEV Studio will also introduce massively and offer the public critical thinking skills about development performance and its results.
