Joint Facility for Knowledge Development and Innovation Consulting (JFK) was incorporated as a company limited by liability in Sierra Leone. The motivation for the establishment of JFK stemmed from the collective thinking of highly competent consultants, who have been consulting either as individuals or for other consulting firms, governments, organizations, institutions, projects/programmes and NGOs, to formally have a platform from which their services will be continued to be offered in an organized manner. 

The Firm therefore has a battery of highly experienced and competent multinational experts that it draws from to undertake consultancies. The Firm was established to be a significant player in the design and implementation of complex projects and consultancy services in its core areas of focus, with a recent bias on social development and assessments in policy development, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation of projects related to governance and accountability,monitoring and evaluations, youth development, education, energy, agriculture, WASH, finance, SME development and public utilities.
