Promotion Agency of industrial sites responsible for: To identify, acquire and create land reserves, in accordance with the legislation in force, for the development of industrial sites in conjunction with the General Tax Directorate and Fields, the Town Planning Department and communities local concerned; better structure the support form the state industrial enterprises in site assignment; ensure land management sites by the sale or lease for industrial use; ensure the development and promotion of open space for industrial activities; to ensure the development of common spaces for incubation and spin-off high value industrial activities favoring the proximity of dynamic industrial platforms, from higher education institutions or vocational training; to undertake or arrange for the rehabilitation and development of sites for shelter harmoniously industrial activities; ensure the proper management and maintenance of websites; contribute to the development of a competitive offer for production and service operators installed on the site; by all appropriate action for the business and optimum occupancy of industrial sites; to take any measures necessary for the rehabilitation and development of sites.
