ECOSS is dedicated to promoting ecotourism and conservation for the benefit of people at all levels of Sikkimese society. It seeks to combine the strengths of rural communities with the experiences of national and international groups who are leaders in the field of ecotourism. It seeks to become the most trusted and credible organization in North East India, advocating, innovating, cultivating, conserving and researching eco-tourism products and processes.

Mission

The mission of ECOSS is to define the concept of eco-tourism in the context of the state of Sikkim. It believes that eco-tourism and conservation cannot exist without each other. These must go hand in hand.
