LADEC is a regional non-profit business development company, operating and funded by 7 municipalities of the Lahti region. We help and offer comprehensive, free advisory services for company startups, growth, development, internationalisation and business locating in our region.

We work closely with universities and financial institutions, which bring significant opportunities for companies to collaborate. At LADEC we see that it is very important to promote networking, cooperation and joint learning. All of this is effectively possible in our business networks and ecosystems.

Lahti Region Development LADEC Ltd develops the conditions for business growth and competitiveness in the Lahti Region together with the municipalities, and markets the region as an attractive business environment.

We help entrepreneurs and businesses in our area with everything involved in founding, growing, developing and locating a business, in addition to internationalisation. Our advisory services are free of charge. 

We operate in 7 municipalities: Asikkala, Hartola, Hollola, Iitti, Lahti, Orimattila and Padasjoki.  We are part of the network of Finnish Enterprise Agencies, and our entrepreneurship consulting services comply with the network’s ISO 9001 certified consulting process.
