SOGEDI (Previously Know as AGEDI/FODI)

Placed under the technical supervision of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry led by Minister Souleymane DIARRASSOUBA, SOGEDI is managed by Mr. Mamadou DIOMANDE.

The purpose of SOGEDI, on behalf of the State, is to plan, promote, finance, design, build, rehabilitate and manage or have managed industrial infrastructures, either directly or by using private operators under concession contracts.

Aware of the strategic importance of industrial zones, the Government of Côte d'Ivoire, driven by the vision of the President of the Republic, His Excellency, Mr. Alassane OUATTARA, is committed to carrying out reforms in 2022.
These reforms resulted in particular in the creation of the Industrial Infrastructure Management and Development Company, abbreviated to SOGEDI, by decree 2022-245 of March 30, 2022, replacing the Industrial Infrastructure Development Agency (AGEDI) and the Industrial Infrastructure Development Fund (FODI) which were dissolved.
