ILLYRIAN CONSULTING ENGINEERS (ICE) is a private consulting company in the field of engineering, founded in Albania on 2006. ICE is composed of a wide number of professional’s engineers and academicians that have been working together even before the establishment of company. The mission of well qualified and long-experienced of our professionals in various disciplines is to provide consultancy services with commitment to quality. With more than 20 professional’s staff, ICE goal is to develop technical solutions by extending top-level consultancy and advising services, to state entities and other stakeholders.

ICE is focused mostly in: Infrastructure & Urban Planning, Energetic & Environmental. We can proudly state that, ICE has been a distinguished companion of all the recent changes in Albania, by developing new ideas and giving significant contribution to the respective Albanian market. Since the establishment ICE staff has designed highways, motorways, rural roads, HPP-s, outstanding unique projects of high head penstocks with water pressure up to 1000 m, supervised more than 1500 km road construction, supervised the largest motorway project in Albania, and the story goes on.
