We are a Social Cooperative that deals with communications for the third sector and we are committed to the inclusion of disadvantaged individuals. "A disabled worker, inserted in an environment suitable for him and with tasks suitable for him, is a worker exactly like all the others". This is the principle that inspires our cooperative, as an Integrated Social Cooperative, it includes in its ranks, pursuant to law no. 381/91, a significant number of people with disabilities. The share of disabled workers is in fact equal to 48%: they mainly operate in the sectors of IT, contact centers, multimedia communication and administrative support for public bodies and businesses. Furthermore, with 62% of female workers, our cooperative is among the cutting-edge organizations in terms of equal opportunities.

Our MISSION is: Inclusion, Sharing and Equality. Inclusion of those people who are often excluded from the labor market and society, for a social sustainability that generates new opportunities and allows each individual to express their potential. Cooperating also means sharing. We share the values and objectives of our social enterprise; rights, duties and decisions. We share spaces, time, commitment, ideas, creativity, culture, work and personal experience, with the aim of always improving ourselves and guaranteeing efficiency and quality. We do all this by valuing diversity to achieve equality, guaranteeing equal opportunities by trying to eliminate social and cultural barriers in order to guarantee direct participation of every citizen in the life of society.
