Mediq Latvija SIA

Mediq is an international company engaged in the sale of various medical and laboratory devices and goods. We deliver to hospitals, nursing homes and other healthcare facilities, research and manufacturing laboratories, and directly to the customer's home.

In 1995, SIA Oriola, a subsidiary of Finland's Oriola OY, started distributing medicines, medical and laboratory goods in Latvia.
In May 2010, the company Oriola-KD Healthcare OY was acquired by the Dutch company Mediq NV.
These changes also affected the subsidiaries of the Oriola-KD group in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
After the changes, Mediq NV became the largest distributor of medical products in Northern Europe.
In July 2010, SIA Mediq Latvija started work by taking over the group of medical and laboratory goods and equipment from SIA Oriola
