Spanish Seniors for Technical Cooperation, whose acronym is SECOT, is a nonprofit, apolitical, independent, non-denominational association, formed in 1989 by the Circle of Entrepreneurs and with the support of the Council of Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Navigation Spain, and Corporate Social Action. Rafael has Termes (†) among its Founding Partners. It was declared of public utility in 1995. Its active members Seniors are professionals and retirees and early retirees executives, who act as volunteers offer their knowledge and experience in business management to micro, young entrepreneurs and third sector organizations in need and they can not access a commercial consultancy for their limited financial resources. It has a protector Council, whose honorary president SM King. Besides Partners iPad, SECOT supported by Members Collaborators and Partners Adheridos, senior executives of companies and organizations. Internationally, SECOT is a member of CESES (Confederation of European Senior Expert Services).
